Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth seem to be on friendly terms since their breakup last year. The two got together Saturday for a good cause: They met up at an adoption event for Wylder's Holistic Pet Center and Rescue in Studio City, California, where Cyrus, 22, helped her ex-fiance adopt a new puppy.

Hemsworth, 25, adopted an adorable female named Dora and, according to an employee at the adoption center, Dora took to Hemsworth immediately, despite being afraid of men in the past. The "Hunger Games" actor reportedly named his new pet after the TV character Dora the Explorer.

Later, the pet center shared a photo of Dora and Hemsworth on Instagram, and in the caption, gave a shout out to Cyrus for her help: "Thanks @mileycyrus for loving dogs as much as we do!! You helped find this gigantic, 6 month old puppy a new home. @liamhemsworth you will give this deserving baby a great life!"

No turkey for Caitlyn

During her appearance Monday on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show, Khloé Kardashian said that this year's Thanksgiving dinner with her clan will be missing a key ingredient: Caitlyn Jenner will not be on hand to celebrate.

"She's not going to be with us on Thanksgiving because she's working," Kardashian said, "but she'll be with us for Christmas, for sure."
