At age 14, "Hunger Games" actress Willow Shields is the youngest person to ever compete on "Dancing With the Stars." She was also one of the show's best dancers, and even Willow was not prepared for her elimination last week.

"I had no idea what was going to happen," Willow said during a podcast with Hollywood Life. She and her partner, Mark Ballas, scored a 37 out of 40 for their ninja jazz routine, and then won a salsa dance-off. But after viewer votes were combined with the judges' scores, Willow was cut. "It was genuinely a fantastic experience and I wanted to keep going," Willow said.

Her performances were even more impressive considering she never previously had danced. "I was home-schooled, so I never went to school dances," she said. "I was thrown in with Mark and all of a sudden, I was like 'Oh my God! Help me!' "

Lopez salutes Selena

Who better than Jennifer Lopez to pay tribute to Selena during Thursday's Billboard Latin Music Awards? After all, Lopez's breakout role was in the 1997 film bio of the late Tejano singer. Selena's sister Suzette and brother A.B. Quintanilla and the singer's former husband Chris Pérez performed with Lopez. Selena's father, Abraham Quintanilla, joined the group at the end.
