Jan. 13 weekly planner: Top 10 LI events
1. Girls night out
Start the New Year right by getting a fashion boost while spending quality time with your BFFs at Bay Street Theatre's "Girls Night Out." The latest style trends are assembled under one roof in Sag Harbor for the annual event, which begins with a pampering session by the staff from Sag Harbor's Salon Xavier, where the menu includes a mini-manicure and a massage. Tired of your old hairstyle? Salon experts provide tips on how to change your look. While being pampered, get a glimpse at hot fashion designs for spring and summer from Lilly Pulitzer. There are also raffles to win spa services, master haircuts, dinner for two, clothing and accessories. Music keeps things hopping, and Sen from Sag Harbor presents a sampling of Asian delicacies. All proceeds benefit Bay Street Theatre's educational programs, including Literature Live! for school-age children from across Long Island.
