 THE DEAL This locally produced comedy from Long Beach filmmaker Stephen Marro, in which three fake cops chase down a real drug dealer, is becoming a regional film-festival favorite. It earned Marro a best director award from the Hoboken International Film Festival and will play at Connecticut's Litchfield Hills Film Festival later this month and the Long Island International Film Expo in July. It's also the opening-night feature at VisionFest in Tribeca next week. The cast includes Adam Storke ("Mystic Pizza"), Robert Clohessy (HBO's "Oz") and Nick Cornish (CW's "Gossip Girl").

The film played a limited engagement in Manhattan recently and comes to Long Island this week for a three-day run.
