Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman, who was raised in Jericho, will direct her second feature film as well as star in dual roles as the advice-columnist twins behind "Dear Abby" and "Ann Landers," The Hollywood Reporter said on Wednesday.

The script for the planned biographical drama about the sisters, born Esther (Landers) and Pauline Friedman (Abby), will be written by Katie Robbins, a producer of Showtime's "The Affair." Portman, 37, directed, co-wrote and starred in another biographical drama, "A Tale of Love and Darkness" (2015), after previously helming a segment of the omnibus film "New York, I Love You" (2009) and the short "Eve," which played the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2008.

Portman has not commented on Instagram, her only social-media account.
