New ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales’ trailer features zombie sailors, ghost sharks

The latest trailer for “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales,” the fifth film in the blockbuster pirate/supernatural series, had its exclusive premiere on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Thursday. The preview features zombie sailors, ghost sharks and a terrible event that incites vengeful new antagonist Captain Salazar (Javier Bardem).

After having vowed to eliminate all pirates, Salazar many years ago hunted young buccaneer Jack Sparrow (a de-aged Johnny Depp), who led him and his crew into rocks that destroyed Salazar’s ship.

The film is scheduled for release May 26.
