It's the annual in-the-workplace exhibit by seven painters and seven sculptors, all from <a href="/topics/Long_Island%2C_NY">Long Island</a>. Sponsored by the Huntington Arts Council, this year's show features painters of varying specialties, from landscapes and seascapes to still life and portraiture: Leslie Barnett, Nanette Fluhr, Dan Fusco, Liz Jorg Masi, Donna Harlow Moraff, Howard Rose and Marie Sheehy Walker. The sculptors, whose works range from clay abstracts to bronze realism, are <a href="/topics/Arthur_%28designer%29">Arthur</a> Bernstein, Daniel Brown, Alex Chwick, Shawn McAvoy, Marilyn Newmark, Alice Riordan and Kiril Tzotchev.  WHAT Hofstra Entertainment and the John Astman International Concert Series invite you to join the conga line as the New Xavier Cugat Orchestra takes you back to the roots of Latin music in the United States with "Cugat's Nougats!" Manhattan cabaret artist Greg Gomez leads the 13-piece orchestra, the Tango Romantico dance ensemble and Hofstra's man about the stage, Bob Spiotto, in a re-creation of the Tropicana Club.
