Billy Joel adds 40th show to Madison Square Garden run

Billy Joel has added a 40th show in his record-setting residency at Madison Square Garden, following strong sales Friday of tickets for his 39th show set for March 3.
Tickets for Joel’s April 14 concert at Madison Square Garden went on sale Friday morning through Ticketmaster, along with the tickets for the March 3 show. Tickets for both shows are $65.50-$129.50.
The April 14 show will mark Joel’s 86th appearance at The Garden, another record for the venue. Joel’s concert, which will open the new Nassau Coliseum on April 5, has already sold out.
