Billy Joel is expected to sell the millionth ticket of his record-setting Madison Square Garden residency, after extending the run into August.

Joel will play the 55th show of his residency on Aug. 23, pushing the total number of tickets sold past the million mark since becoming a Madison Square Garden franchise in 2014.

It’s the latest in a string of milestones for Joel this year, following the 50th show of his residency on March 28 and the 100th show of his career at the Garden on July 18.

Tickets for the August show are $65.50-$139.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 9 through Ticketmaster. Citi cardholders can begin purchasing presale tickets for the show at 10 a.m. Monday.

Joel is also breaking records at other venues this year. He will be the first artist to play Fenway Park in Boston for five consecutive years on Aug. 10 and the first to play Chicago’s Wrigley Field five years in a row on Sept. 7.
