Bob Dylan to play at Jones Beach

The Americanarama Festival of Music, featuring Bob Dylanand His Band and Wilco, will stop at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater on July 27, Newsday's Glenn Gamboa reports. The celebration of the Americana genre, which Dylan influenced for decades and Wilco helped pioneer in the '90s, will also include up-and-comer Ryan Bingham, the Oscar-winning singer-songwriter behind "The Weary Kind" from the Jeff Bridges movie "Crazy Heart." Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. May 4 through Ticketmaster. Pre-sale tickets go on sale to Citi's Private Pass program at 10 a.m. Thursday.
