Get ready for “Forget You” for kids!
Grammy organizers announced this morning that Cee Lo Green will be performing at the ceremonies on Feb. 13 with Gwyneth Paltrow and the Jim Henson Company Puppets. I've always thought that Elmo would be perfect for that “Why?! Why?!” break near the end and we've already seen what Paltrow can do with the song on “Glee.”
The fact that Green's song is so adaptable that changing of a few, um, choice words can turn it from unsuitable for radio to a children's anthem really should cement its chances at winning Record of the Year and Song of the Year. But you never know with Grammy voters.
Organizers also announced that Rihanna and Drake will perform together, joining a high-powered slate of performing nominees that includes Eminem, Lady Gaga, Arcade Fire, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Muse, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Bruno Mars, and Janelle Monáe.
