Cher Lloyd's new single, "I Wish" (Epic), balances a '70s soul throwback vibe with a fresh verse from T.I. But the real star of the song, from her forthcoming "Sorry, I'm Late" album, is Lloyd herself, who has seemingly found the right way to present her fun, cheeky British personality for an American audience. "I Wish" may finally be the breakthrough she has been waiting for.
