Country-pop duo Dan + Shay playing Jones Beach this summer

Country-pop duo Dan + Shay have added 30 new dates to extend their “The Heartbreak On the Map Tour,” including a show on Aug. 10 at Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater in Wantagh.
General-public ticket sales begin Friday at 10 a.m. at livenation.com. The tour takes its name from a popular track on their latest album, “Bigger Houses,” which was released in September.
The singers — Dan Smyers and Shay Mooney — have won three consecutive Grammy Awards for best country duo/group performance for the songs “Tequila,” “Speechless,” and “10,000 Hours” (with Justin Bieber). Besides Bieber, they have collaborated with Charlie Puth, Rascal Flatts and Kelly Clarkson.
Dan + Shay will become the first-ever coaching duo on NBC’s “The Voice,” joining Reba McEntire, John Legend and Chance the Rapper for season 25, which begins Monday.
Country singers Jake Owen and Dylan Marlowe will open for Dan + Shay at Jones Beach.
