Officials unveiled a plaque honoring musician Dave Matthews' foundation at a ceremony to dedicate a new spray pad at Jones Beach State Park on Tuesday. The foundation, Bama Works, and concert promoter Ron Delsener contributed $100,000 to help bring the 1930s park into the 21st century, officials said.
