It's a music industry mystery: Why is Kylie Minogue a massive superstar pretty much everywhere in the world except the United States? She's had hits now and then, but no big Katy Perry-sized explosion. Maybe the Aussie star's new single, "Timebomb" (Capitol), will change that. Part of "K25," the yearlong celebration of her 25 years as a singer, "Timebomb" is pure fizzy dance pop about seizing the day, complete with a memorable video and a chorus you can't get outta your head.
