LL Cool J, Radiohead, Janet Jackson nominated for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame again

LL Cool J was nominated again Tuesday for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, along with first-time nominees Def Leppard, Devo, John Prine, Roxy Music, Stevie Nicks and Todd Rundgren.
The Manhasset “Rock the Bells” rapper and "NCIS: Los Angeles" star, who won the prestigious Kennedy Center Honor last year, is on the Rock Hall’s nominee list for the fifth time.
Also on the list of 15 nominees this year are Radiohead and Rage Against the Machine, who were nominated last year in their first year of eligibility. Artists are eligible 25 years after the release of their first commercial recording.
Janet Jackson, Kraftwerk, MC5, The Cure, Rufus & Chaka Khan and The Zombies also return to the nominee list.
More than 1,000 music industry current inductees, historians and music industry experts will vote on the nominees, with the top five to seven vote-getters being inducted at the Barclays Center on March 29. Fans can support their favorites at rockhall.com through Dec. 9, with the top five nominees receiving a vote on the “Fans’ Ballot.”
The inductees will be announced in December. Ticket information for the induction ceremony will be announced in January. The ceremony will be simulcast on SiriusXM and an edited version will air on HBO.
