Marc Anthony added to Nassau Coliseum opening week lineup

Nassau Coliseum’s opening week keeps getting bigger, with Marc Anthony now signed on to play April 9.
Anthony, a New York native and former longtime resident of Brookville, hit No. 1 on the Tropical Songs chart last week with “Olvidame y Pega La Vuelta,” his duet with ex-wife Jennifer Lopez. They debuted the song, Anthony’s 28th No. 1 on the chart, at the Latin Grammy Awards in November, when he received the Latin Recording Academy’s Person of the Year award.
Tickets are $65.50-$205.50 and go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday through Ticketmaster.
Anthony joins an opening week lineup at Nassau Coliseum that includes Billy Joel at the grand opening on April 5, Stevie Nicks on April 6, and Lionel Richie with Mariah Carey on April 8.
