BIKINI BULLRIDING AT MATTY T'S ROAD HOUSE: OK, so the bikinis are optional but riding the mechanical bull at this honky tonk in Deer Park is an absolute must this summer. The bull usually makes an appearance once a month, so check mattyts.com for the latest schedule. Credit: Newsday Photo/Ana P. Gutierrez

You might have to find a new place for your Tuesday night line-dancing lessons – at least for a little while, anyway.

Matty T’s Roadhouse U.S.A. in Deer Park is closed until further notice.

“As an absentee owner, it’s gotten more and more difficult to run the place,” said owner Matty Taormino. He moved upstate a few years ago.

The business is going up for sale this week, Taormino said – so it's conceivable Matty T’s could return under new ownership.

Some of country’s greats – such as Mark Chestnut, Billy Ray Cyrus and Keith Urban – would stop in and hang out at Matty T's after playing larger Long Island venues in years past.
