Melanie Martinez has had some supernatural help for getting the word out about her upcoming single “Carousel” (Atlantic).

“American Horror Story: Freak Show,” which debuts on FX Wednesday night, has been using the Baldwin singer-songwriter’s trip-hop-tinged single as the backdrop for the series promos for the new season.

“I’m so happy and thankful I can’t breathe,” Martinez Tweeted after seeing the promo using her song, adding that “American Horror Story” was already her favorite show and that she was “dying of excitement.”

The promos have had a month-long run and Martinez plans to follow them with her own “Carousel” video shortly.

Martinez called the video shoot “creepy,” but also a chance to “[live] my childhood dream of having a carnival to myself.”

Before she embarks on the second leg of her “Dollhouse” tour in November, Martinez hopes to wrap up production of her debut album for Atlantic.
