Morrissey announces American tour

Get ready to sing your life. Morrissey is launching a North American greatest-hits tour in October, including his first stop in three years at Radio City Music Hall on Oct. 10.

Whether this year being the 30th anniversary of the debut of his band The Smiths will play into his setlist choices remains to be seen, though Moz also promises to reveal some unreleased material on this tour as well. Tickets are expected to go on sale Friday for most shows on the 33-city tour. However, no info on the Radio City tickets has been announced.

The tour is set to start Oct. 5 in Boston and run through Dec. 8 in Atlantic City. (There is plenty of space scheduled around the Radio City show, suggesting multiple nights in New York are possible.)
