One Direction to release new film in fall, but there's a catch
Theboy band One Direction will release a concert film of its current Where We Are tour, the group announced Monday in an online video. Newsday contributor Frank Lovece reports that the film, for which tickets go on sale Monday, will play theaters only on the weekend of Oct. 11 and 12. Recorded at Milan's San Siro stadium, it features 75 minutes of concert footage and 15 minutes of new interviews with the band as well as backstage footage. It comes to DVD on Dec. 1, the movie's website, 1dconcertfilm.com, said.
