Robin Thicke abstains from 'sex' on 'Regis'
This just in for all you Valentine's Day lovers, Robin Thicke is scaling back the "sex."
The R&B heartthrob has released the sultry title track from his "Sex Therapy" CD as a single, but when he performs on morning talk shows, such as "Live With Regis and Kelly" and "Good Morning America," he changes the lyrics.
Instead of singing in a Prince-ly falsetto, "Just let me love you, lay right here, I'll be your fantasy, give you sex therapy, give you sex therapy," Thicke has replaced the "sex" with "love." Aww.
No word from Thicke on the reason for the change, though he did tell us in December, "I've always liked romance and those epic love stories."
In any case, it seems to be working for him. "Sex Therapy" is up to No. 73 on the pop charts and Thicke has just signed on to open for Alicia Keys on her upcoming tour.
