Roxy Music, Florence + The Machine headed to Madison Square Garden

Madison Square Garden is already gearing up for a power-packed September as the world’s most famous arena just announced two shows — Roxy Music on Sept. 12 with special guest St. Vincent and Florence + The Machine on Sept. 16. plus supporting act Sam Fender.
This will be Roxy Music’s first tour in 11 years celebrating the band’s 50th anniversary. The show at The Garden is one of only nine concerts in the United States on the tour. Although there’s no new music on the horizon, the band plans to release special anniversary editions of past records.
Meanwhile, Florence is set to drop a new album, “Dance Fever,” on May 13, which will be the band’s fifth studio release featuring the singles, “King” and “Heaven Is Here.”
Florence + The Machine tickets will be available starting Friday at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com. A presale will be held for American Express cardholders starting Tuesday at 10 a.m. through Thursday at 10 p.m. Check the Ticketmaster website for other presale opportunities.
