New 'Spider-Man' trailer
Yes, another one! This trailer leans a little heavier on Peter Parker's search for the truth about his parents but also shows a bit more of the humor we can expect from "The Amazing Spider-Man." Facing down a car thief who whips out a dagger, our hero (played by Andrew Garfield) pretends to go all mushy-kneed: "You found my weakness.. small knives!"
Does it work? "Iron Man" ushered in the age of the snarky super-hero, and "The Avengers" has gotten high marks for its one-liners and flippant humor. Robert Downey is one thing, however, and Garfield may be another.
"The Amazing Spider-Man" opens July 3.
