THE SHOW "Dancing With the Stars"

WHEN | WHERE Monday night at 8 and Tuesday night at 9 on ABC/7

WHAT TO EXPECT MONDAY NIGHT The final three - Erin Andrews, Evan Lysacek and Nicole Scherzinger - will first perform a so-called "redemption dance," or the one they were weakest at before. And those are ... the samba (Erin), Viennese waltz (Evan) and rumba (Nicole). Finally, the "no rules" freestyle, usually a season highlight.

TUESDAY NIGHT All three couples have chosen the Argentine tango, their favorite dance. The eliminated stars - including Kate Gosselin - all come back, and the winner is crowned.

MY SAY As the 10th season winds down, a grateful ABC - heck, grateful fans - can now say that the year was a success. Casting is the reason. How brilliant was it to get Pamela Anderson and Gosselin under the same roof, on the same dance floor? Buzz Aldrin and Chad Ochocinco? Wow. Without a good cast, watching "DWTS" can be a close second to watching the grass grow. This season was mostly a pleasure.

Handicapping the finalists

Evan Lysacek

Astounding athleticism and the perfect partner, Anna Trebunskaya, to smooth the rough edges of his personality. At this stage, however, it's a popularity contest. Does he have the votes to carry? No.

Nicole Scherzinger

Another remarkable dancer, and with Derek Hough - arguably the most popular of the pros, who could make a potato sack dance well - she could be unbeatable. But . . .

Erin Andrews

The long shot in everyone's book, which is why I have decided she will win. Andrews knows how to win from years of chronicling winners and losers on ESPN. Plus, she's tough. Most important, she's good. Erin, you've got my vote.
