The Spike Scream Awards 2010

The Spike Scream Awards took place on Oct. 16 in Los Angeles and our favorite celebs came out to celebrate the way they make you laugh, cry and most definitely scream.

Stars paid homage to great films of the past such as "Ghostbusters" and "Back to the Future", but also said farewell to a fan favorite, "Lost." The cast of "True Blood" sucked the competition dry with numerous awards and Marilyn Manson posed for the cameras as only he can.

M.I.A hit the stage for a performance that was both electric and ridiculously bright. The show will air on Oct. 19 at 9 p.m. If you can't wait to see what the stars wore and did, check out our gallery for all the action.
