'A Little Night Music' hits final note
Call them irreplaceable.
When Angela Lansbury and Catherine Zeta-Jones come to the end of their contracts June 20, their show will end with them.
Instead of recasting their mother-and-daughter roles, the producers of "A Little Night Music" have decided to close the revival of Stephen Sondheim's 1973 musical, which opened Dec. 3.
Both actresses and the revival are nominated for Tony Awards.
