'Dancing with the Stars' coming to Tilles Center

This season's “Dancing with the Stars: Live!” tour, featuring seven ballroom pros from the Disney+ celebrity dance competition plus guests to be announced, will play LIU Post's Tilles Center for the Performing Arts in Brookville on Jan. 10.
Tickets, priced from $49 to $99, are on sale online at Ticketmaster.com and in person or by phone at the venue's box office (516-299-3100).
Touring will be Brandon Armstrong, Alan Bersten, Sasha Farber, Gleb Savchenko, Emma Slater — who won season 24 with former Giants running back Rashad Jennings — Britt Stewart and "So You Think You Can Dance" winner Alexis Warr aka Alexis Warr Burton, all from the current season.
In a joint statement, the pros said, “Getting to see the smiling faces of the people who vote for us on the show from home each and every week in-person is such a privilege — the fans are the reason why we love to do this tour! We cannot wait to travel to cities all across the country and share our passion for dance from coast to coast."
The tour launches Jan. 6 at MGM National Harbor in Oxon Hill, Maryland, and runs 56 dates through March 12 in Las Vegas. Its production company, Faculty Productions, has staged previous "DWTS" tours as well as "America's Got Talent Live!," "Glee Live! In Concert!" and other TV-related tours.
