THE SHOW "The Iceman Cometh" 
 THE DEAL The acclaimed Chicago production of Eugene O'Neill's five-hour, 18-character drama "The Iceman Cometh" starring Nathan Lane and Brian Dennehy, which many thought would transfer to Broadway last year, will play from Feb. 5 to March 15 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in 2015 as a joint venture between BAM and producer Scott Rudin, who holds the rights to revive the play on Broadway. It is widely expected the show will transfer to Broadway immediately after the BAM run. 
 THE SHOW "Motown the Musical" 
 THE DEAL Valisia LeKae, who received a Tony nomination for her performance as Diana Ross in "Motown," has withdrawn from the Broadway musical after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. "As a 34-year-old African-American woman, I feel that it is important that I share my story in order to educate and encourage others about this disease and the fight against it," LeKae wrote on her Facebook page. 
 THE SHOW "Fame" 
 THE DEAL It turns out, there's a sequel to "Fame." Conceived and developed by David De Silva, who produced both the film and stage musical versions of "Fame," it is titled "Fame Forever: Talent Springs Eternal" and observes the original characters at their 20-year high- school reunion. A demo cast album is available for download at <a href="http://FameNetwork.com" target="_blank">FameNetwork.com</a>. 
 THE SHOW"The Velocity of Autumn" 
 THE DEAL "The Velocity of Autumn," a new play by Eric Coble, with Estelle Parsons and Stephen Spinella, will open in the spring at the Booth Theatre, currently home to the acclaimed revival of "The Glass Menagerie." Parsons plays a 79-year-old artist arguing with her family on the issue of where she will live. 
 THE SHOW "Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812" 
 THE DEAL "Natasha, Pierre...," which moved its lavish tent from the Meatpacking District, where it played over the summer, to Times Square for a fall encore, has extended its run through Jan. 19. That, apparently, will be its last performance, though there is still speculation that its producers eventually will move the show to a Broadway venue.
