Injured 'Spider-Man' actor sues producers
'Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark" actor Daniel Curry, injured during a performance last month, has begun legal proceedings against the producers, his attorney told Newsday contributor Frank Lovece. Elias N. Fillas said the filing largely concerns the lift in which Curry's foot was pinned, requiring surgery. A show spokesman said Thursday, "The producers have done an internal investigation and are confident that the production and its equipment were in no way responsible."
