Rosie O'Donnell is coming back to New York — for a short time, anyway.

The Commack native — who made headlines when she moved to Dublin in January 2025 — is bringing her one-woman show, "Common Knowledge," to Off-Broadway's Daryl Roth Theatre for 12 performances from July 22 to Aug. 8.

"I’m thrilled to be performing in my hometown. There’s no place like New York," O’Donnell, 64, said in a statement.

In "Common Knowledge," which O'Donnell wrote after moving overseas, the actor-comedian shares reflections on her childhood, the death of her mother, caring for her own children, leaving the United States and adjusting to a new-yet-familiar culture while raising her youngest child, Clay.

O'Donnell first performed "Common Knowledge" last summer at the Olympia Theatre in Dublin and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland.

"Common Knowledge" is the latest in a long list of credits for O’Donnell, who started her career performing stand-up in comedy clubs on Long Island. She also acted in such notable films as "A League of Their Own" (1992) and "Sleepless in Seattle" (1993), and was one of the co-hosts of ABC's "The View." She also hosted her own, eponymous daytime show from 1996 to 2002.
