Tina Fey features Fire Island in series

Tina Fey and her production company are bringing NBC a new series with a Long Island angle: The untitled workplace comedy is about a young woman "who finds a new home and family on Fire Island" as she's trying to reconnect with her father, according to Deadline.com. Fey's spokeswoman told Newsday, it was "too soon to provide answers" to whether the series would film on Fire Island or use a New York City or Long Island studio for production.
