Kiefer Sutherland — who stars in the new Fox drama “Touch,” previewing Wednesday night — was on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last night, and broke some news: "24,” the movie, will start shooting in April, and it will cover a 24-hour period within the confines of a big screen flick.
