A brief look at the new season of 'Justified'

"Justified," back Jan. 8, and FX have been a bit parsimonious about the upcoming season and who will populate it. So this nice, new, fourth-season promo, released this morning, is in keeping with the no-spoilers-whatsoever approach to the new year. But it does offer a tantalizing glimpse, or two.
