Amber Tamblyn staying on 'Two and a Half Men'
Former "Joan of Arcadia" star Amber Tamblyn, initially hired for a five-episode arc of "Two and a Half Men," has been promoted to series regular on the CBS comedy starring Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher, Deadline.com reports. Tamblyn, 30, daughter of actor-dancer Russ Tamblyn, plays Charlie Harper's (Charlie Sheen) gay, long-lost, illegitimate daughter. Because she is currently shooting her fifth episode, the transition will be seamless, Deadline said.
