Rockville Centre-raised comedy star Amy Schumer will host "Saturday Night Live" for the third time this Nov. 5.

The Emmy Award winner, 42, took to Instagram Thursday following NBC's announcement, touting her gig and musical guest Steve Lacy with fire emoji, prompting broadcast journalist Katie Couric to comment, "Whooohooooo" plus a fire and an applause emoji.

Schumer, whose sketch-comedy series "Inside Amy Schumer" recently began season 5 on the streaming service Paramount+, played the NYCB Theatre at Westbury last month on her current comedy tour. R&B artist Lacy has two Grammy Award nominations, including one for an album he co-produced while still in high school in Los Angeles. This weekend's show features Jack Harlow as both host and musical guest.

Schumer previously hosted in October 2015 and May 2018.
