Andy Samberg to Kimmel: Last minute decision to leave 'SNL'
Andy Samberg told Jimmy Kimmel last night that he made a last-minute decision to leave "Saturday Night Live," one reason the show didn't make much to-do about his departure. Or at least so it would seem — his "Lazy Sunday 2" was seen by fans that night as a blatantly obvious farewell (may have even been a line in the song saying as much, like "that's how I'm gonna finish it .?.?."). When Samberg finally did announce (through The New York Times) that he was leaving, it all seemed a bit anticlimactic.
