R.I.P. Contractor and real-estate developer B.B. Andersen, the second person ever voted off "Survivor," in 2000's season one, died Oct. 29, age 77, in Kansas City, Mo., reports The Kansas City Star. The cause was brain cancer. He is the second "Survivor" competitor to pass away, following Jennifer Lyon of 2005's "Survivor: Palau," who died of breast cancer in January 2010. 
 CASTING. NBC's "America's Got Talent" will be auditioning in Manhattan on Nov. 16 and 17, from "approximately" 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., as the show's audition website puts it.
