Bewkes critiques 'Spitzer/Parker'

Jeff Bewkes, the Very Big Boss at Time Warner -- which of course owns CNN -- was just on  "Cavuto." Neil naturally asked about "Spitzer/Parker,"  which started -- very badly -- on Monday:  "It started out in a way that leaves room for improvement."
