ASTORIA'S MOVING IMAGE CELEBRATION The Museum of the Moving Image reopens next Saturday as a "transformed" facility exploring movies, television and digital media. Celebrations include next Saturday's Signal to Noise party ("a three-ring circus of live electronic music, moving image performances and interactive art") and Jan. 17's Free Family Day with no-cost admission.
