COSBY IS GOLDEN. Manhattan's Paley Center for Media celebrates Bill Cosby's 50 years of comedy by screening his most rarely seen TV outings. Wednesday to Sunday, through Jan. 22, at 12:30 p.m., the first program includes two specials spotlighting Cosby's trademark storytelling, 1968's "The Bill Cosby Show" and 1969's "The Second Bill Cosby Special."
