Beyond TV: Nickelodeon stars have a play date

NICKELODEON STARS AT NYC PLAYGROUND TODAY Miranda Cosgrove of "iCarly," Victoria Justice of "Victorious" and Keke Palmer of "True Jackson, VP" are among the participants in Saturday's Big Brothers Big Sisters event Race for the Kids, starting at 10 a.m. at Manhattan's Riverside Park (at 72nd Street). It's part of Nickelodeon's seventh annual Worldwide Day of Play, during which the channel and its websites go dark from noon to 3 p.m. to encourage kids to get active. More at raceforthekids.org.

'DWTS' EXTRAS Go backstage with "Dancing With the Stars" and chat with the competitors through online features new this season. Live chats among fans run Monday night from ABC's 8 p.m. East Coast feed of the show through the 1 a.m. ET end of the West Coast feed.
