Thursday's 7:30 p.m. Surreality TV program unreels "What's Up Peter Fuddy?" with Dave Foley and John Larroquette (and Henry Kissinger!), Alan Zweibel's "What Leonard Comes Home To" with Griffin Dunne, and "World on a String" by and starring "The Simpsons" writer Dana Gould.
