'VICTORIOUS' STAR IN MASSAPEQUA Victoria Justice heads to Westfield Sunrise Mall next Saturday to sign Nickelodeon's "Victorious" soundtrack. The first 500 people who buy the CD at the mall's Walmart will receive wristbands admitting them to the signing from noon to 3 p.m.
