Brian Williams' suspension ends, anchor heading to MSNBC

NBC News has confirmed that the suspension of former "Nightly News" anchor Brian Williams has officially ended.
According to CNN Money, Williams will begin at MSNBC -- where he will become breaking news anchor -- in mid-September, although an exact date was not announced.
Williams was suspended for six months beginning Feb. 10 for embellishing a story about a helicopter ride during the early days of the war in Iraq. An internal investigation subsequently launched by NBC News found other instances of embellishment during Williams' career at NBC News.
Williams was replaced by Lester Holt as "Nightly" anchor.
