Casey James! goes home (with his shirt unbuttoned) on 'American Idol'

Casey James goes home to Texas on 'American Idol,' he's amazed that he gets to ride in a motorcade (his shirt is open to like his waist).

Goes to Cool, his hometown; football stadium is packed. Then he signs a daschund, as a girl screams "Casey James!" Some of them go running after his SUV limo.

Hmm, goes to the Fort Worth hospital that took care of him six years ago after an accident. This is genuinely nice and cool; really decent guy, his mom is there too.

Then off to play in front of a big crowd at some festival at night.

He tells Ryan afterwards, talking about the hospital, "when my mom cries, I cry; it's emotional."

As always, it'd be nice to see these hometown videos before the voting for the final three, it actually might make a difference.
