Conan's 'Show Zero'

Conan O'Brien has a new show coming up (you may have heard) but no one knows what it's going to be about -- maybe even Coco.

So last night, he launched with "Show Zero" - the full edition in 5 minutes.

What can we glean from this. Let's count 'em out...

1) He still has the beard.

2) Andy (Richter's) role looks pretty darn unchanged.

3) Still has a musical guest and live studio audience.

4) Desk; yes, he'll have a desk.

5) Commercials -- there will be some, and probably placement, too, since Coke has a more prominent role here than the host himself.
