Divas Courtney Williams, Britnee Kellogg and Jessica Phillips next on "American Idol" -- Phillips tell us they "all sing for a living" outside of the show, so didn't rehearse with the band because they didn't want to waste anyone's time. Oh-oh.

Doing "You Keep Me Hangin' On" -- I mean, yeah, they're pros, but there's no spark, it's like a cover job. "Nice, ladies, nice" says Steven Tyler.

"I'm an actual artist, it doesn't seem like they're looking for real artists," she says, going on to rip everyone some more.

See, she doesn't get the show. It's not called "American Recording Artist." Gotta stand out, be compelling, make us want to watch. Not enough just to sound good in a studio.
