Crystal Bowersox cheesy in 'American Idol' return

Crystal Bowersox is back on the "American Idol" stage. For some reason they think it's a good idea to project a drive along a highway behind her as she sings "Ridin' with the Radio."

It's pretty dumb-looking and distracting.

But that may be good. Crystal's all country, which doesn't make much sense to me -- she's a dime-a-dozen with her voice in this genre. She should've stayed in the Janis Joplin field. She sounds like a pro, but nothing notable at all.
