Dangerous Haley Reinhart gets standing ovation on 'American Idol'

Haley Reinhart  is going with "House of the Rising Sun" to close "American Idol." Its a great song that gives her a chance to knock one out of the park.

At Sheryl Crow's suggestion she starts a cappella, and it's amazing. I mean, out there alone on a stool in the dark, just her crackly voice, playing with the words... wow, wow, wow. 

The music kicks in and she gets up and starts walking. She's so at ease, drawling it out almost like she's drugged up and sleepwalking. It's the best performance of the night.It totally sticks in the mind and zooms by, it's so intense. Magnificent, with a feel of danger.

The judges and the audience give her a standing ovation. "Best performance of the night," says Randy Jackson -- that was "amazing."

"Sweet and sour, raspy," says Steven Tyler. Jennifer Lopez liked whatever emotion and edge she brought to it. "Great job" she tells her.
